Mercy in Missouri is recruiting additional family physicians to meet growth in the region and recent retirement of long-term physicians in the area. El Dorado Springs is a rural community about 1.5 hours south of Kansas City. It is nearby to a large national forest and multiple Missouri State Parks and lakes for excellent fishing, hiking, and hunting. The area's cost of living is one of the lowest in the country and it is nearby to multiple Missouri state parks, caves, trails, lakes, and rivers. It's a close drive to Kansas City, Springfield, Columbia, Lake of the Ozarks and more!

- Guaranteed annual salary of $300,000 - compensation focused on quality metrics and adequate time with patients
