Plan and execute the program for the classroom geared to the developmental level of the children. The individual will accept and carry out the philosophy of the Child Development Center and policies of the Health System. Performs related duties as assigned. Position Details: Qualifications Education: CDA, 9 college credit hours, Associates Degree, or a degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education or related education field. Licensure: Shall obtain at least (12) clock hours of approved child-care related training during each year of employment. Experience: None. Certifications: None. Other: Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: Be able to communicate well, work with other people, and know what is developmentally appropriate.Equipment Used: Television, VCR, Filmstrip Projector.
