Loan Repayment Assistance Program up to $20,000 Lifetime: The Imaging Loan Repayment Assistance Program provides financial support to our Mercy Imaging co-workers in a 24X7 hospital based eligible position who are in a .4 FTE and above, working 32 hours or more per pay period. The program offers monthly payments made directly to the loan servicer up to the amount of $370 per month and up to $20,000 for a lifetime maximum.?
Overview:
Provide the patient care essential to the exams. Is able to perform surgery procedures required by team/shift and is able to take OR call when necessary.
Other: Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- Technical skill in radiologic procedures.
- Understanding of basic anatomy.
- Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Requirements:
- This individual must be capable of: manipulating x-ray equipment, including mobile and other equipment; carrying cassettes; selecting and manipulating exposure factors; evaluating radiographs; lifting, moving, and transporting patients; continual standing and walking; recognizing emergency situations; adapting to stressful situations; communicating effectively.
- Equipment Used: This individual should be proficient in the use of: radiographic equipment, radiographic processors, computers.
- C-arm, Mini C-arm, Portable and digital x-ray equipment primarily OR work environment and outpatient x-ray workflow.
- Must be willing to take x-ray call.
Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program and completed required clinical hours. High school graduate or equivalent.
Licensure: State licensure may be required depending on the specific state of practice. If practicing in Arkansas, a Radiologic Technologist License is required.
Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience OR graduate of Bachelor degree program
