Full-Time | Night Shift

Are you passionate about improving patients' quality of life through sleep health? Join our team as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) and play a vital role in diagnosing and treating sleep disorders. In this position, you will perform comprehensive sleep studies, analyze data, and support patients throughout their diagnostic and therapeutic journey while working alongside a dedicated healthcare team.

What You'll Do
  • Prepare, calibrate, and maintain sleep study equipment.
  • Apply electrodes and sensors according to AASM standards.
  • Conduct overnight polysomnographic studies, including:
    • CPAP/BiPAP titration studies
    • Split-night studies
    • Multiple Sleep Latency Tests (MSLT)
  • Monitor patients throughout studies and respond appropriately to sleep-related events and emergencies.
  • Score sleep studies and generate detailed reports in accordance with AASM guidelines.
  • Educate patients on sleep disorders, PAP therapy, and equipment usage.
  • Ensure equipment functionality and compliance with infection prevention protocols.
  • Accurately document procedures, observations, and patient interactions within the electronic medical record (EMR).
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development activities.
Qualifications Required
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) credential.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association within 3 months of hire.
Preferred
  • Graduate of an accredited Polysomnography program.
  • Previous experience performing polysomnographic testing and sleep study scoring.
