Looking for a full time Social Worker to provide support to patients
in hospice care who are in Franklin and Crawford County.

Overview:
Provides social work services for patients and families to enhance their psychosocial functioning. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
Qualifications:

Education: Master's in Social Work required.
Licensure:
Experience: 0-2 years of Clinical Experience.
Other: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledgeable in area of social services agencies, state regulations, and professional board standards as related to patient treatment, patient rights and client/patient confidentialit
