- Valid Michigan state mental health professional license in one of the following:
- Licensed Social Worker
- Limited License Social Worker
- Licensed Professional Counselor
- Limited Licensed Professional Counselor
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
- Experience working with children and adolescents in educational or clinical settings
- Familiarity with MTSS, trauma-informed care, and school-based behavioral health frameworks
- Ability to provide services with fidelity and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Bilingual required
