• Provides telephone and in-person member service. Resolves questions/concerns from members and branches, responds to inquiries/request for loan information/documentation, and researches loan accounts.
• Manages subordinations and modifications process. Reviews appraisals, credit and income/debt and loan-to-value ratios and submits for review to management.
• Processes short year analysis and refunds on forced placed policies. Processes all mortgage insurance premium payments on a monthly basis.
• Completes new loan setup in Loan Servicing system. Ensures that all data is entered accurately. Performs all subsequent processes required for completion of a new loan file. Posts transactions for wire requests.

Here is what we are looking for:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• At least 3 years loan servicing experience.

Base Pay/Salary: $23.00 - $26.00 an hour

The hourly rate range that we expect to pay for this position is $23.00 - $26.00. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
