Job Description:

Position Summary

The Hx Coordinator reports directly to the Hx Director and will provide the following duties: Hx Portal coordination, DEI project coordination, and some administrative tasks. This role will be essential to developing and applying standardization to important Hx programs and essential department administration, including the development and maintenance of standard work.

Responsibilities:

•     Department Engagement: Manage the Hx Intranet Page, Hx e-mail inbasket and huddle board.  

•     Hx Program Coordination: Manage the coordination of the Hx portal for experience events, and support the DEI governance committee with DEI-related project work. 

•     Champion the Voice of Community: Ensure that all Hx work is conducted with the voice of the community (VOC) in mind, and reflective of VOC feedback.

•     Support Department: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the operation of the department, as needed.   

Experience 

  • Three to five years of experience in advanced administrative assistant capacity, with some project coordination experience.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Excellent business writing skills, including format, grammar and syntax.

  • Advanced computer skills are required as well as internet research ability.

  • Intermediate understanding of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).

  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software applications and use in daily activities.

  • Exercises initiative and follow-through on projects for timeliness, completeness and quality.

  • Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.

Education

Completion of some college or business courses is preferred.

Licensure/Certifications

Lean Certification preferred.
