**Job Summary:**
The Dishwasher will play a crucial role in maintaining the kitchen's cleanliness and efficiency. This position is responsible for washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, ensuring a sanitary environment for food preparation, and supporting the overall function of the kitchen.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using dishwashing machines or manual techniques.
- Keep the dishwashing area clean and organized, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Assist in food preparation as needed, including prepping vegetables, meats, and other ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas by promptly cleaning spills, dirt, and debris.
- Sort and dispose of recyclables and trash appropriately.
- Assist with kitchen inventory management, including stocking supplies and reporting shortages to management.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during service.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong work ethic and reliability; must be able to arrive on time for shifts.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to [specify weight, e.g., 50 lbs].
