Pay Range: $24.65 - 30.57 hourly

Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle

 

Do you like solving problems and assisting others? NFM is looking for an Administrative Specialist to perform administrative tasks to support the Design Gallery department. You will handle complex issues and problems, refer more complex issues to lead or manager and follow procedures and processes. You will build brand loyalty one customer at a time.

 

Job Duties: A Day in the Life

 

  • Collaborate: Complete various projects in a timely manner, while working with management to maintain departmental policies and procedures
  • Prepare: Create purchase orders and invoices for review and approval 
  • Support: Interact and maintain relationships with vendor contacts
  • Play Your Part: Support the Design Gallery Department by preforming a variety of tasks related to the Design Gallery, be the point of contact for the team
  • Be Precise: Work with management to maintain departmental policies, procedures, training materials, communications, etc.

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?

 

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • 3 years office/administrative experience required
  • 2 years customer service preferred
  • Ability to enter data quickly and accurately
  • Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, drug screen and criminal background check
  • Basic computer skills plus knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs
