Pay Range: $104,351 – 129,396 annually
Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle
Bring your financial expertise and strategic perspective to NFM as our Treasury Manager. In this highly visible role, you'll lead the treasury function and partner with senior leadership to shape informed financial and operational decisions. You'll oversee liquidity, cash management, banking relationships, financing, investments, and treasury controls while applying your strengths in financial analysis, forecasting, operational analysis, and strategic planning. Working closely with leaders across Finance, Accounting, Credit, Merchandising, Operations, and other areas, you'll help explain financial results, anticipate cash needs, evaluate opportunities and risks, and recommend practical actions that support NFM's retail operations, internally financed customer receivables, capital investments, and related entities.
Job Duties: A Day in the Life
- Direct: Guide daily cash positioning and maintain sufficient liquidity to meet operating, financing, and investment needs
- Forecast: Project short- and long-term cash flow, explain significant variances, and recommend actions when projected results change
- Manage: Oversee banking relationships, accounts, cash concentration, payment services, related fees, and provide direct leadership to the Vendor Receivable Team
- Build: Create and maintain financial models that support cash forecasting, financing decisions, capital expenditures, and major business initiatives
- Analyze: Examine how store operations, inventory, purchasing, payables, and customer receivables affect cash flow and financial performance
- Evaluate: Assess proposed investments and initiatives through business cases, return analysis, affordability assessments, and post-implementation reviews

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?
- Bachelor's degree required. MBA and/or CPA preferred
- 5 years of experience in finance or treasury management, including working financial investments
- Knowledge of capital and liquidity management
- Supervision skills – demonstrated ability to lead and direct staff for projects assigned
- Knowledge of Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software
- Technical skills – fundamental understanding of application software and system concepts and the ability to apply them for the completion of difficult assignments
- Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs
- Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, criminal background check
