Job Description

 

Primary Purpose: 


We are seeking an experienced IT Manager Information System Development for SAP HCM technology portfolio, enabling strategic alignment between business needs and digital solutions that elevate both employee and customer experiences. This leader will oversee cross-functional teams, including HCM functional analysts and technical staff, to drive product evolution and innovation in support of the HR business organization's goals.

This role is central to advancing our product operating model, ensuring we deliver measurable value through user-centric digital solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for continuous improvement, agile delivery, and a collaborative mindset that supports a diverse, inclusive, and performance-driven culture.
 

Principal Duties
  • Act as the primary technology partner to SAP HCM leadership, ensuring alignment between digital initiatives and evolving business priorities.
  • Lead multiple product delivery teams, managing full lifecycle of SAP HCRM-related applications, including strategy, development, operations, and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across HR, IT, and external vendors to deliver seamless, integrated experiences.
  • Champion employee and customer experience, ensuring solutions are intuitive, responsive, and impactful to end-users.
  • Drive adoption of the product operating model, including road mapping, feature prioritization, and data-driven performance management.
  • Oversee key SAP HCM platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, third party and cloud-based applications.
  • Provide strategic and operational oversight for software development, product lifecycle management, and production support.
  • Manage team development, including hiring, coaching, and performance management, fostering a culture of ownership and innovation.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance and integration standards are met.
  • Lead the creation and monitoring of capital and expense budgets, with strong excel skills and financial forecasting acumen.
  • Serve as a key stakeholder in vendor management, contract negotiations, and implementation planning.
     
Education Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business, Management, Engineering or related field. 

 

Skills Required 

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in IT, with a focus on SAP HCM technologies and product leadership.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise applications, including HCM systems, SaaS and cloud platforms.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, DevSecOps, and modern product delivery practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels and manage global or cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
