NorthBay Health is seeking a Board-Certified, Licensed Endocrinologist to join our esteemed healthcare team in Northern California. The Endocrinologist will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a broad range of endocrine conditions, providing both inpatient and outpatient care. Qualifications
- Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school, Completion of an accredited Endocrinology Fellowship Program
- Certification: Board-certified or board-eligible in Endocrinology
- Licensure: Valid medical license to practice in California
- Experience: Experience in Endocrinology, including managing both common and complex endocrine conditions. Expertise in advanced endocrinologic procedures such as thyroid biopsies, glucose tolerance testing, and hormone replacement therapies
- Skills:
• Strong clinical diagnostic skills in managing endocrine conditions such as diabetes, thyroid disorders, and osteoporosis
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and families
• Proficient in using medical software and electronic health records (EHR), Cerner and EPIC a plus
Compensation:
- w2 Employee model Income Guarantee: For full time candidates, $330,000 (2 years)
- Sign-On Bonus: $30,000
- Relocation Assistance: $15,000 Available for qualified candidates
