This is a Hybrid position located in Arlington, VA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leads Enterprise Operation Services team, setting goals, providing feedback, addressing performance issues, and fostering staff development.
  • Oversees ServiceNow platform beyond ITSM, delegating program oversight, ensuring skills development, and maintaining security coverage.
  • Utilizes ServiceNow Discovery and Asset Management for accurate hardware/software inventory tracking and lifecycle management in the CMDB.
  • Supports Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery, leveraging ServiceNow for automated recovery workflows, response optimization, and testing.
  • Manages MSP relationships (e.g., CDW), overseeing contracts, vendor transitions, risk mitigation, and monitoring integration.
  • Provides financial and lifecycle oversight of enterprise software licensing, including Microsoft agreements (SCE, EA, Unified Support) and Azure consumption, while coordinating renewals and cost optimization.
  • Oversees IT procurement operations, maintaining records on licenses, warranties, and service agreements, while supporting vendor evaluation and selection.
  • Provide leadership to up to 9 Direct Reports (Engineers)
Qualifications

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • 10+ years in IT product management, including 5+ years leading the ServiceNow platform. Expertise in end-to-end implementations, CMDB architecture, and ITOM automation (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, AIOps). Proven ability to drive enterprise-scale integration, automation, and resilience.
  • 8+ years managing complex technology initiatives across multiple business units, with experience in RFI, RFP, and contractual service requirements.
  • Strong background in policy and procedure implementation within corporate governance frameworks.
  • 5+ years optimizing ITAM and CMDB within ServiceNow.
  • 5+ years leading teams.
  • 3+ years managing Microsoft EA and SCE (M365, SQL) licensing and administration.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Master's degree preferred.

Essential Physical Requirements

  • The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal and extensive reading.
  • Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for sedentary work and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated for light work.
