
Description
The Strategic Marketing Leader will be responsible for building and executing the company's marketing strategy, with a strong focus on enabling internal sales partners, deploying HubSpot as our marketing automation platform, and creating compelling content that drives awareness and growth. This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution, balancing high-level planning with the ability to roll up sleeves and deliver.
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and own the overall marketing strategy to support company growth objectives in the factory automation space.
- Partner closely with executive leadership and sales management to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Define KPIs for marketing effectiveness and report regularly on campaign performance, ROI, and sales enablement impact.
HubSpot Deployment & Enablement
- Lead the implementation and optimization of HubSpot, including marketing ,automation workflows, lead scoring, and analytics.
- Train and support internal sales partners to effectively use HubSpot for prospecting, nurturing, and tracking opportunities.
- Continuously improve HubSpot utilization to maximize sales efficiency and marketing ROI.
Sales Partner Marketing
- Develop targeted campaigns, tools, and collateral to empower internal sales teams to position our solutions effectively.
- Create and maintain sales playbooks, case studies, and presentations tailored to key customer segments.
- Partner with sales leaders to ensure consistent messaging and adoption of marketing tools across all sales channels.
Content Creation & Management
- Lead the creation and curation of high-quality content (blogs, white papers, videos, webinars, brochures, and technical guides) that communicates our expertise and differentiates our solutions.
- Manage internal and external resources (designers, writers, agencies) to ensure brand-aligned, professional content delivery.
- Maintain a content calendar that aligns with product launches, trade shows, industry trends, and business objectives.
Brand & Market Presence
- Strengthen the company's brand identity in the automation industry through digital channels, events, and PR.
- Oversee website development, SEO/SEM strategy, and social media engagement to drive inbound opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform positioning and messaging.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in industrial automation, technology, or manufacturing.
- Proven success deploying and scaling HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of sales enablement and partner-focused marketing.
- Excellent content development and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical topics into compelling narratives.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and external creative resources.
- Data-driven mindset with a track record of measuring and improving marketing performance.
