After successful completion of the probationary period, employee will receive off probation wage increase.
Summary:
Perform a variety of administrative duties, which require a range of skills and knowledge of organizational policies and procedures. Assist and direct visitors and inquiries. Receive payments for income base rent, general rentals, elder rental and mortgage payments. Balance and close out end of day daily reports.
Responsibilities:
* Screen incoming telephone calls and correspondence; exercise judgement and responds accordingly; receives, sorts, logs, and routes mail
* Screen correspondence, exercise judgment and respond accordingly; process incoming/outgoing mail.
* Welcome visitor and determine nature of business, and announce visitors to appropriate personnel, maintaining professional and courteous demeanor.
* Working cooperatively and ensuring excellent customer service with all internal and external customers
* Conduct research to resolve operational questions or issues.
* Transmit and retrieve outgoing fax, log, and distribute to appropriate personnel.
* Complete daily reconciliation and deposit.
* Receive and enter monthly rental payments into HDS system.
* Enter monthly payroll deduction payments into HDS system.
* Enter work orders into HDS system.
* Attend meetings and trainings as required.
* Implement and maintain an effective filing and retrieval system of all Comprehensive Housing records and documentation; establish new files and record all incoming documentation on computer filing system accurately and in a timely manner.
* Maintain a system for checking in/out records to appropriate personnel, retrieve files for staff as requested.
* Maintain a tracking system for file records and documents, which may include the use and maintenance of a file room database.
* Purge and remove outdated files according to Oneida Nation and HUD policies, procedures and regulations.
* Prepare and scan information and records into the applicable data system.
* Assist with research on projects as needed.
* Maintain and operate scanner, office machines, equipment and computers, Perform or coordinate general maintenance and repairs
Skills:
Essential:
* Ability to learn operating various word-processing, spreadsheets, and database software programs in a Windows environment

* A valid driver's license or occupational driver's license, reliable transportation and insurance is required. Must obtain a Wisconsin driver's license or occupational driver's license within thirty (30) days of employment if applicant has an out-of-state driver's license. Must be authorized as eligible to operate a Personal and Tribal vehicle under the Oneida Nation's Vehicle Driver Certification and Fleet Management Law prior to actual start date. Must maintain driver's eligibility as a condition of employment

A Tuberculosis (TB) Screening and/or a 2 step TB Skin Test is required within thirty (30) days of employment.
