Summary:

This is a digital media position within an advancing Healthcare environment. The incumbent will provide video content design and production. The primary focus of this position will be to develop new video content to promote the providers and services available through the Oneida Comprehensive Health Division.


Responsibilities:

* Coordinate all aspects of video production, from initial concept to post-production and final delivery
* Edit captured video and audio recordings to tell concise, visually compelling stories
* Contribute ideas and assist or lead in content planning, scripts, and outlines
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams
* Record events, interviews, and stories using camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
* Participate as a member of a project team and/or work independently on media projects
* Film in remote locations, managing lighting and audio acquisition
* Produce live streams with cameras, microphones, and streaming software
* Shoot and edit digital photos for use in productions
* Establish a strong video presence to boost community awareness of services offered and foster community engagement
* Maintain consistent branding across all video content, ensuring alignment with the Oneida's brand and values
* Stay up to date with the latest video content developments to keep the Oneida Comprehensive Health Division at the forefront of digital marketing trends
* Produce content including graphics, creating video features and some motion graphics
* Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain project timelines
* Provide excellent customer service at all times to include but not limited to, addressing customer and employee needs courteously and promptly.
* Complete requests for A/V services and respond to trouble calls from various departments
* Setup and prepare A/V equipment for operation, in accordance with departmental policies and user needs
* Provide quality control on audio visual systems to make sure they are working properly, repairing, and maintaining electronic equipment, to include but not limited to audio, video, sound, and projection systems
* Maintain system service information and A/V hardware inventory
* Assist with upgrades and new installations of complex audio, video, projection, automated control, switching, and distributions systems

Skills:

Essential:
* Obtain additional education and training
* Work independently with minimal supervision
* Comply with Caregiver Law and Grant conditions criminal history checks as a condition of employment to include fingerprinting
* Preparing, reviewing, and analyzing operational and financial reports
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Application/system skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition)
* Ability to provide user training
* Knowledge of audio/visual technology and operations
* Communicate effectively with the user community on a non-technical level while still being able to translate user goals into automated processes
* Develop, maintain, and facilitate effective relationships, communication processes and activities with all internal and external customers and in all activities
* Organizational management. This requires the incumbent to plan, organize and schedule priorities efficiently and effectively, meet strict deadlines and successfully cope with challenging situations and conditions
* Microsoft Office applications in a business or classroom environment
* Excellent project management and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and track multiple projects concurrently.

Essential:
* Associates Degree in Digital Communications/Media
* A Combination of Experience and Education May Be Considered

Credentials:

* Driver's License Personal Vehicle
* Insurance Required

* Health Insurance Portability (HIPAA) Accountability, within thirty (30) days of employment and annually thereafter.

Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and adhere to the Nation Drug and Alcohol-Free Workplace Policy.

A Tuberculosis (TB) Screening and/or a 2 step TB Skin Test is required within thirty (30) days of employment.

Must provide a copy of diploma/degree, license, or certification upon employment.
