Our Business Analyst acts as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical and execution teams, translating business needs into effective, compliant solutions that align with organizational objectives. This role is responsible for analyzing processes and data, supporting solution design and delivery, and ensuring initiatives are implemented successfully and on time. Through collaboration, testing, and user enablement, the Business Analyst helps drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency across the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
- Engage with stakeholders to identify business needs and objective; document and analyze business processes, workflows, and systems
- Analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations; develop process maps, flowcharts, and other visual representations of business processes
- Work with technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs; ensure that solutions align with the organizations objectives and industry/regulatory standards
- Lead project planning; monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of solutions
- Develop test plans and conduct testing to ensure solutions meet requirements and perform as expected; work with development teams to resolve issues
- Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes; assist in troubleshooting and provides content for user manuals and documentation
- Perform other duties as required to meet organizational requirements
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Proven capability to collaborate with technical teams to design, test, and implement business solutions
- Solid project coordination skills, including planning, progress tracking, and issue management
- Hands-on experience with testing methodologies, including test plan development and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience developing user documentation and delivering end-user training and support
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Working knowledge of SQL and DAX for data analysis, reporting, and validation of business is preferred
- Familiarity with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and structured delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid); relevant certifications are an asset
