We are seeking Guest Service Representatives and Events Security Officers with exceptional communication and customer service skills to provide security services at concerts, festivals, and sporting events. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
- Shifts: Based on the duration of each event
- Payrate:
- Guest Services $19.50
- Security $21.00
- Advance First Aid Training (OFA3) certified $23.50

WHAT DOES AN EVENT SECURITY OFFICER OR GUEST SERVICES DO
- Monitor surveillance and crowd control
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Manage traffic and parking
- Address and resolve incidents as they arise
This is a great opportunity for individuals who can commit to evening event shifts.
QUALIFICATIONS TO JOIN OUR TEAM
- Flexible availability to accommodate varied event schedules
- Clear criminal background check
- Clear child abuse registry check
- Eligibility to work in Canada
- Availability for evening shifts (start times vary: 3 PM, 4 PM, 5 PM, etc.) as most events occur during the evening
- Only Events Security Officer needs a valid BC Security Guard License (OFA Level 3 or Traffic Control Ticket considered assets), Guest Service Representatives do not.
