Do you enjoy solving problems and brightening someone's day? Are you able to remain calm and collected under pressure? If so, we invite you to apply as a Security Guard for various full-time, part-time, and casual/on-call positions in Northern BC.


Locations:

• Regular Sites: Vanderhoof (Camp Site), Fort St. James (Hospital), Mackenzie, Hudson's Hope.
• Seasonal Sites: Chetwynd, Vanderhoof, Dawson Creek, Fort St. John

We have shifts available for day, afternoon, and overnight positions across various sectors, including:

• Healthcare
• Critical Infrastructure
• Government Buildings
• Transitional Homes
• Alarm Response
• Industrial
• Other facilities

What You'll Do

As a Security Officer, you will:

• Conduct regular foot patrols
• Monitor CCTV cameras
• Provide first aid when needed
• Manage lost and found items
• Write detailed incident reports
• And more!

You're a Great Fit If You:

• Deliver outstanding customer service with a welcoming smile
• Possess strong communication skills
• Have a valid First Aid/CPR certification (or are willing to obtain one)
• Are eligible to work in Canada
• Have a valid security license or are interested in obtaining one.

Note: All officers must carry a valid Security License.

Education Requirements (Any)

Certificate Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Occupational Health and Safety (or related) field

Certification Requirements (All)

Minimum of 1 year security experience
Valid BC Security Licence
Valid Class 5 BC Drivers License
OFA I
