Position: Full-Time Mobile Supervisor
Site: Trillium Health Partners
Averaging Agreement: Employment Standards Act (ESA)
Hours: Monday to Friday (0900 – 1700) *may vary due to operational needs
Payrate: $29.38 / an hour

Job Description:
The Mobile Supervisor is responsible for supervising the activities and job performance of Security guards assigned to all Trillium Health Partner sites. The Mobile Supervisor is expected to represent Paladin Security Group while on the road and/or respective client sites. The Mobile Supervisor is required to travel between all 3 THP Sites – Credit Valley Hospital, Mississauga Hospital and Queensway Healthcare Centre
Essential Job Functions:
- Provides leadership, direction, and ongoing coaching and training
- Ensures all standing orders and scheduled daily activities are carried out as required for each shift
- Ensures site staff adhere to all Paladin Security and site security policies and procedures
- Ensures all Security Guards and Team Leads have received the mandatory training
- Motivates staff and issues commendations
- Disciplines staff when necessary and ensures proper documentation is passed onto head office
- Documents and investigates security incidents and complaints
- Investigate alarm responses and respond in a timely manner
- Communicates any concerns/issues with Site Supervisor/Coordinator
- Conduct regular mobile patrols of designated offsite properties to deter unwanted activity and enhance site safety
- Provide on-demand SafeWalk escorts to THP staff, ensuring they feel supported and safe
- Establish a strong on-site presence and foster positive working relationships with staff
- Monitor and assess safety risks, report hazards or suspicious activity
- Act as primary responder to security incidents at offsite locations; document and escalate as required
- Coach and support any guards assigned temporarily to these properties
- Ensure adherence to THP and site-specific security policies and procedures
- Liaise with THP security leadership to communicate ongoing concerns or patterns
- Investigate complaints or incidents with discretion and professionalism in a timely manner
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and readiness; ensure patrol log accuracy
- Ensures all standing orders and scheduled daily activities are carried out as required for each shift
- Other duties as assigned
