Summary of Job Description:
The Marketing Fulfillment Representative is responsible for supporting the Marketing Fulfillment Manager and the Panda In-House Agency (PIHA) team in orchestrating the planning and execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns that drive growth for Panda Express through fulfillment distribution and marketing inventory management. This position oversees Marketing's inventory program and related marketing operations requests, including forecasting, order management, vendor management, invoicing, coordination with Marketing inventory owners and communications with store operators. This position works closely with the Marketing team, PIHA team and other departments to ensure thorough and successful execution of marketing initiatives.
You'll get a chance to:
- Responsible for the successful execution of the marketing inventory management program to ensure efficient and effective inventory practices.
- Maintain knowledge of inventory items and related warehouse practices to be established as the subject matter expert, communicating status and order plans with inventory owners.
- Identify opportunities to simplify or optimize operations for marketing inventory and fulfillment program.
- Participate in marketing fulfillment initiatives, campaign distribution, e-commerce platform auditing and maintenance, and vendor management and evaluations
- Partner with Fulfillment Manager with periodic reporting and analysis of inventory performance metrics, identify trends and key insights/action steps.
- Share executive summary of findings to ensure team is tracking against full year goals
- Support PIHA team working with Design Project Manager, Production Manager, and Marketing Fulfillment Manager for project intake and coordination
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams involving Marketing, Operations, Warehouse teams, and Partner in their efforts to produce and disseminate new products/projects to Operations within established timelines
- Resolve all questions and assistance requests from store operators regarding marketing collateral and shipments in a timely manner.

Qualifications - External
Your background and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Supply Chain Management or related field required
- Minimum three years of relevant marketing and brand development experience, preferably in a nationally branded retail/hospitality environment
- Successful completion of annual store training.
Pay Range: P2 $72,000-$101,500/ Annual
* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
ADA Statement:
While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from steam table and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods of time. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use Chinese cook knife and other kitchen equipment and work quickly without losing accuracy. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours and reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches to serve customers. Kitchens are hot and noise levels are usually high; storage space is limited and shelving is high. Employees must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment, have effective verbal communication skills, ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities, and the ability to manage conflicts/difficult situations.
