Summary of Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition Partner (Non-Traditional Concepts) is responsible for leading the full cycle recruiting process for restaurant management and hourly positions and providing strategic support for crew member hiring within a non-traditional franchise concept or partnership. This role partners directly with Regional Business Unit Team leadership to assess hiring needs and execute near and long-term strategies to ensure all new restaurants open fully staffed and all existing restaurants maintain optimal staffing levels for our non-traditional franchise concepts or partnerships (e.g. Raising Cane's)


You'll get a chance to: 

  • Source and attract internal and external candidates to fill current and future open roles to coincide with the organization's growth strategy.
  • Evaluate incoming applications and actively source passive candidates to select management talent that aligns with the company management profile and culture.
  • Participate in the New Restaurant Opening (NRO) crew member hiring strategy, ensuring successful hiring and onboarding to meet staffing needs.
  • Develop market and regional partnerships to support recruiting efforts in the region.
  • Support the restaurant management recruiting process to ensure consistency across all markets.
  • Be responsible for the recruitment planning and talent selection process for the assigned region.
  • Build the company employment brand and increase the presence within the communities through partnerships with universities, networking organizations, community-based organizations, vendors, etc.
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with regional leadership, ensuring recruiting efforts are aligned with Business Unit goals and objectives.
  • Provide detailed regional staffing updates on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

Your background & experience:

  •  Bachelor's degree required, major in HR, Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum three years of experience in recruiting for Operations management with a retail/hospitality company, including lead generation, creative sourcing, and cold calling experience. (Operations management experience may also be considered.)
  • Experience working for a multi-unit restaurant, retail or hospitality company preferred
  • If hired, successful completion of annual store training
  • Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
  • If hired, successful completion of annual store training


Work Environment:

  • Field-based position; around 50% overnight travel; able to work a varied schedule related to business needs including days, evenings and weekends


Pay Range: P2 $72,000-$101,500/ Annual

* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.



ADA Statement:

While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from steam table and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods of time. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use Chinese cook knife and other kitchen equipment and work quickly without losing accuracy. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours and reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches to serve customers. Kitchens are hot and noise levels are usually high; storage space is limited and shelving is high. Employees must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment, have effective verbal communication skills, ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities, and the ability to manage conflicts/difficult situations.
