JOB SUMMARY:
The Regional Sales Specialist is a key member of our Sales team, responsible for driving growth in local restaurant catering through proactive outreach and relationship building. This role requires an energetic, highly motivated professional with exceptional communication skills and a strong commitment to expanding our catering business.
The ideal candidate is confident conducting cold outreach—both by phone and digitally—and excels at developing and nurturing client relationships. This position is based throughout various regions of New England and requires 40–60% travel, including regular visits to restaurants and prospective clients.
$25/hour with Bonus potential.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Execute high-volume cold calling, emailing, and in-person canvassing within an assigned geographic territory, including research of local businesses, corporations, community organizations, churches, colleges, and universities.
- Generate catering sales by securing new clients and conducting follow-up outreach to gather feedback and strengthen relationships.
- Support Area Managers and General Managers with catering order implementation as needed.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity, providing timely insights and updates to the organization.
- Complete and submit all administrative tasks accurately and on schedule.
- Foster strong working relationships with restaurant team members to support seamless execution of catering operations.
- Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly department meetings through Microsoft Teams.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-3+ years of catering sales experience preferred.
- High School Diploma.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent presentation ability.
- Creative and innovative personality with a strong motivational drive.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook (Email and Calendar).
- Ability to interact professionally and appropriately with team members, guests and clients.
