Description

The HCM Admin is responsible for supporting the HCM teams and leadership with various clerical tasks. The HCM Admin position will assist in ensuring proper communication across teams and timely assignments of new products and clients. They are also responsible for creation and regular delivery of reports.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assigns clients to team members timely and accurately
  • Manages assigning email and JIRA queue
  • Maintains and updates tracking spreadsheets
  • Produces weekly reports and ad hoc reports
    • Reports may include metrics, billing, surveys, etc
  • Assists teams with project delegations
  • Maintains inventory of all supplies for the department
  • Assist leadership team when needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Qualifications

Education/Certification:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience:

  • 1+ year of customer service, administrative/clerical experience or related
  • Professional communication through phone, email, and in person
  • Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)

Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining organization and timely completion of projects
  • Must be detail oriented and have a record of low error levels
  • Demonstrated proficiency with computers, specifically Microsoft office suite
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work various department functions
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form
  • Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision
  • Flexible and cooperative in fulfilling all obligations
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
