Certification Details
• Required for various roles and units, including RN/LVN, ICU RN/LVN, CRRT, etc.

Job Details
• Flu vaccination or declination required
• Clinicians with signed declination must wear a mask for the entirety of their shift
• Reviewing/approving of candidates with background or license hits not allowed
• No orientations for this position, candidate must be comfortable working at all listed facilities without prior training

Job Requirements
• A minimum of two (2) years of RECENT/CURRENT experience
• AHA ACLS, BLS, NIH
• 1st reference from specialty clinician being submitting to
• 2nd reference from supervisor (charge or higher)
• Float to less or like specialties where needed and qualified
• EPIC experience, 3s/4s (no training provided)

Schedule Information
• 12-hour shifts

• 3 month separation - previous perm staff reviewed by Providence leaders before pipeline approval
