• BLS, ARRT, advanced ARRT, CA CRT, CT

Job Details
• Proof of flu vaccination or declination required. Any clinicians with signed declination must wear a mask for the entirety of their shift. Clinician's that fail to comply will be sent home
• Candidates MUST BE within 70 miles of facility
• Orientation details: There are no orientations for this position, please make sure candidates are comfortable working at any and all facilities listed without prior training.

Job Requirements
• **1st reference needs to be from specialty clinician is being submitting to. 2nd reference needs to be from supervisor (charge or higher). MUST HAVE THESE TWO (2) REFERENCES PRIOR TO SUBMITTING**
• Requirements: 2 years with 1 year recent experience in specialty
• BLS, ARRT, advanced ARRT, CA CRT, CT
• Float to less or like specialties where needed and qualified
• EPIC experience, 3s/4s

Schedule Information
• 12-hour shifts
• Shift start and end times may vary

Unit Specific Information
• Unit details: Ped and adult
• Outpatient, inpatient, ER
• Trauma L1-3

Additional Details
• Charting system: Epic
• 3 month separation - previous perm staff will need to be reviewed by Providence leaders prior to pipeline approval
