We are hiring a Branch Manager in Dodge Center, MN.

What you'll do:    

Develop your team to meet / exceed sales and profit goals by developing a productive, healthy environment where people want to succeed and grow personally and as a team.
 

·         Direct, plan and manage overall branch activities including asset management, customer interaction, office and warehouse functions, and production departments.

·         Identify opportunities and make recommendations to management to maximize efficiencies and increase throughput.

·         Manage inventory and receivables, expenses, inventory matching and accuracy.  Analyze branch results and implement changes as necessary.

·         Maintain accurate, complete and timely records of business transactions.

·         Access to assets within area of responsibility is permitted only in accordance with general or specific authorization.

·         Hire, train and develop associates following company standards and policies.  Conduct associate performance reviews regularly, establish individual goals and ensure completion of relevant training.

·         Communicate to associates specific duties and requirements of their job including the AIT Core Values and Code of Business Ethics. 

·         Work in production areas making hose assemblies and other value add products.

·         Assist in VMI activities along side VMI associate.

Qualifications:

·         5+ yrs B2B sales e/ industrial operational management experience.

·         Operations and/or P&L experience a plus

·         Attention to detail, strong organizational skills

·         Written & verbal communication including English grammar

·         Valid driver's license and clean driving record (MVR)

·         High School Diploma or equivalent

·         Equivalent to four years' college study in business management, product applications and customer relations

·         Hydraulic and/or Fluid Power knowledge a plus

·         Epicor P21 or other ERP experience preferred
