 The individual in this position is responsible for pricing implementation and management through statistical analysis, developing strategies and processes to enhance pricing activities. The individual work with the sales team and suppliers to manage prices.

 

Essential Job Functions

  

  • Prepares and disseminates supplier cost change information to sales team

  • Develops recommendations and necessary analysis/reports regarding new pricing strategies to maintain profitability and grow market share

  • Manage customer compliance requests and work with suppliers to obtain required documentation

  • Prepare internal reports (e.g., sales mix and margin) to track, communicate and drive actions with sales team and management.

  • Maintains customer and product cost and price matrixes

  • Manage supplier rebate programs

  • Analyze customer forecast reports to ensure proper inventory and order levels

  • Run ad-hoc reports for sales and management team

  • Empowered and encouraged to drive efficiencies with existing processes and systems

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

               

  • Bachelor's degree in Business – Finance, Economics, Supply Chain or Equivalent

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Understand profit and margin calculations

  • Eligibility to work in the US

Preferred:

  • SAP Business Objects reporting

  • Experience within an ERP environment

  • Must have the ability and desire to meet required timelines
