Summary
Provides personalized, professional customer service experiences by building trust and developing strong customer relationships. Facilitates communication of customer needs to the appropriate recipient.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Required availability includes start time at 8am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
- Reliability and attendance adherence, ability to work a minimum of 36 hours per week to maintain benefits.
- Adheres to Simply the Best standards of performance.
- Answer inbound calls as needed.
- Resolve patient requests, concerns, or queries.
- Receive patent payments.
- Create daily bank deposits.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated customer service experience.
- Effective communication skills.
- Experience with PC Software applications.
- Problem solving abilities.
- Medical Terminology.
- Solid knowledge in solving basic mathematical problems.
Computer Skills: Serves as a liaison on behalf of the patient between the organization and various business partners.
Education/Experience: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or one (1) to three (3) months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
