Summary

Provides personalized, professional customer service experiences by building trust and developing strong customer relationships. Facilitates communication of customer needs to the appropriate recipient.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Required availability includes start time at 8am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
  • Reliability and attendance adherence, ability to work a minimum of 36 hours per week to maintain benefits.
  • Adheres to Simply the Best standards of performance. 
  • Answer inbound calls as needed.
  • Resolve patient requests, concerns, or queries.
  • Receive patent payments.
  • Create daily bank deposits. 
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated customer service experience.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Experience with PC Software applications.
  • Problem solving abilities.
  • Medical Terminology.
  • Solid knowledge in solving basic mathematical problems.

 

Computer Skills: Serves as a liaison on behalf of the patient between the organization and various business partners.

 

Education/Experience: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or one (1) to three (3) months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
