Clinic RN Delafield Urgent Care
Status: Part-Time (No Benefits)
We're seeking a reliable, compassionate Clinic RN to join our Delafield Urgent Care team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for an experienced nurse looking for consistent PM shifts in a fast-paced outpatient environment. You'll collaborate with a supportive team and contribute to exceptional patient care across our walk-in services.
Schedule Details:
Week 1:
Monday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Friday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Week 2:
Monday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Thursday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
What You'll Do:
Provide high-quality nursing care in a walk-in/urgent care setting
Support triage, patient education, and direct clinical services
Partner with providers and support staff to ensure smooth patient flow
What You Need:
Active WI RN license
BLS certification
Prior experience in an outpatient or urgent care setting preferred
Ability to work independently and respond calmly in fast-paced situations

The Clinic RN in the Medical Group utilizes the nursing process to deliver appropriate nursing care and procedures in the clinic setting. The Clinic RN performs nursing acts delegated by a physician, physician assistant or nurse practitioner. This individual oversees and acts as a professional clinical resource for the Medical Assistant/Clinic LPNs and other ancillary professionals. Act as the resource for data gathering and assessment, triage walk-in and call-in patients to the appropriate health care provider.
What You Will Need:
- Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in primary care clinic environment or 3-5 years clinical hospital, home care, or community health experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) card through the American Heart Associate (AHA), or ability to obtain certification upon hire
