What You Will Do:
The Occupational Therapist will prescribe, delegate and coordinate the patient plan of care for rehabilitation. The OT establishes a prognosis, and plan of treatment, implements occupational therapy treatment for patients based on evaluation results and plan of care. The OT is responsible to re-assess the ongoing effects of treatment, collaborate with and provide consultation to others in care delivery. This profesisonal will also supervise occupational therapy assistants.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelors of Occupational Therapy
- At least 6 months in home health setting preferred.
- Active Drivers License, in good standing
- Current BLS certification through AHA (or ability to obtain at time of hire).
- Occupational Therapist licensure required through State of WI.
