ProHealth Care is seeking a Dietitian to join our Weight Management and Bariatric team at our WestWood Health & Fitness location in Pewaukee. This is a part-time, benefit-eligible opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about helping patients achieve sustainable health outcomes through education, support, and collaboration.

In this role, you'll work closely with an interdisciplinary team to guide patients through weight management and bariatric surgery programs using established protocols and evidence-based care.

Schedule
• 0.6 FTE (24 hours per week)
• In-clinic, Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
• Thursday coverage required
• Ideal schedule Wednesday–Friday; flexibility for Monday for the right candidate
• Occasional evening hours for group education sessions
• No weekends or major holidays

What You'll Do
• Provide individualized nutrition counseling for weight management and bariatric patients
• Support patients before and after bariatric surgery
• Facilitate or support virtual group education sessions
• Partner with surgeons, advanced practice providers, behavioral health, and care coordinators
• Build long-term relationships with patients focused on sustainable outcomes

About the Program
• Established weight management program serving 70–100 active participants
• Bariatric surgery program performs approximately 20–25 surgeries per year
• Collaborative care model with strong clinical resources and defined workflows

What We're Looking For
• Registered Dietitian
• Interest in weight management and bariatric care
• Prior experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills and patient-centered approach
• Team-oriented mindset and comfort working onsite
