**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Server to join our team. This dual-role position requires a passion for cleanliness and hospitality, ensuring that our establishment maintains a high standard of cleanliness and that our guests receive exceptional service. The ideal candidate will be reliable, hardworking, and possess excellent communication skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
*Housekeeping Duties:*
- Clean and maintain the overall appearance of guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house facilities to the highest standards.
- Perform standard housekeeping duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, changing linens, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Replenish supplies, such as towels, toiletries, and cleaning materials, ensuring rooms are stocked and ready for guests.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
*Serving Duties:*
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take and accurately input food and beverage orders into the system.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas for events and functions.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping and/or serving position in a hospitality setting is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Must be physically capable of lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
