Regional Vice President of Sales – Central Region

About the RoleAs Regional Vice President of Sales, you'll lead the sales and marketing efforts for our region, ensuring community sales teams meet productivity and census goals. You'll be responsible for strategy, coaching, and execution, partnering closely with Executive Directors, Regional Operations, and corporate teams to drive results. While you won't directly manage Directors of Sales (DOS), you'll play a critical role in their success through influential leadership.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership & Growth
- Drive occupancy and move-in growth to meet or exceed targets.
- Analyze market trends and adjust pricing strategies to maximize revenue.
- Ensure CRM proficiency and train teams to optimize sales processes.
- Lead sales training efforts and develop best practices for team success.
- Conduct on-site visits to assess sales performance and strategy execution.
Coaching & Development
- Support, mentor, and coach Directors of Sales and Sales Coordinators to improve conversion rates.
- Motivate teams through positive leadership and accountability.
- Evaluate talent, assist with hiring decisions, and ensure onboarding success.
Marketing & Competitive Strategy
- Develop and oversee regional marketing plans & lead generation strategies.
- Ensure communities maintain strong market positioning and understand competition.
- Oversee sales tracking, reporting, and quarterly competitive analysis.
- Manage marketing budgets and optimize spending efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in senior living.
- 3+ years of multi-site/regional sales management experience.
- Strong track record in coaching, census growth, and sales strategy execution.
- Ability to drive results while fostering team collaboration & development.
