Provincial Senior Living, part of the Discovery Senior Living family, is seeking a Sales Specialist to support our Independent Living lifestyle communities. This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys travel, and is energized by helping communities improve occupancy and performance.

The Sales Specialist partners closely with the Regional Director of Sales, Regional Director of Operations, and Community Executive Directors, providing hands-on sales support to communities experiencing a Director of Sales (DOS) vacancy and/or census challenges. Assignments vary in location and duration based on business needs.

What You'll Do
  • Drive occupancy and census growth through direct, on-site sales execution

  • Support communities during DOS vacancies or performance recovery periods

  • Convert inquiries into appointments and conduct high-quality tours with prospects and families

  • Manage and maintain CRM accuracy, including lead follow-up, reporting, and data hygiene

  • Analyze key sales reports and trends to inform strategy and improve conversion

  • Communicate clearly with Executive Directors, Business Office Managers, and regional leaders on deposits, pricing, and move-in readiness

  • Coordinate move-in processes across departments to ensure a seamless resident experience

  • Participate in daily stand-ups and provide regular sales activity updates and forecasts

  • Conduct outreach through tours, luncheons, home visits, hospital visits, and community events

  • Maintain accurate room availability and unit readiness documentation

  • Assess local competitors and incorporate market insights into value-based selling strategies

  • Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and a strong first impression at every community

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)

  • 3+ years of experience in senior living sales or multi-community/regional sales roles

  • Proven success driving occupancy, managing a full sales cycle, and meeting move-in goals

  • Strong CRM proficiency and comfort with sales metrics and reporting

  • Ability to travel to multiple communities as assigned

  • Experience in Independent Living strongly preferred
