**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a talented and passionate Salon Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. The Salon Stylist will deliver exceptional hair care services, including cuts, colors, and treatments, while providing personalized consultations to guide clients in selecting the right services based on their needs and preferences.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform a variety of hair services, including cuts, coloring, styling, and treatments according to client requests and current trends.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate services and products.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products through continuous education; attend workshops and industry events as required.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the salon workspace, including tools and equipment.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Promote salon services and products to clients, providing recommendations to enhance their hair care routine.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive work environment.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the salon.
**Qualifications:**
- Current cosmetology license in Florida.
- Proven experience as a stylist in a salon environment.
- Proficient in a variety of hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.
- A creative mindset with a passion for the beauty industry.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously.
