**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented Server to join our dining team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for guest service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service from the moment they arrive until their departure.
- Present menus, provide detailed information about food and drink options, and make recommendations based on guests' preferences.
- Accurately take food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure all dishes meet quality and presentation standards.
- Monitor guests' needs throughout their dining experience; anticipate and respond to requests proactively.
- Handle payments efficiently and accurately, including processing cash and credit transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with kitchen staff, management, and fellow team members.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance service skills.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with payment processing systems.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol (if applicable) and have any required health certifications.
