[We are a retirement community in Vista, this is 2 hour shift, a few shifts per week, no tips invoilved. ]

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, possess excellent communication skills, and be a team player. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by providing attentive service and showcasing our menu offerings.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide detailed information on menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables.
- Attend to guests' needs, including refilling drinks and ensuring satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service station.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and standards.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events or large parties.
- Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere and promote repeat business.

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience as a Server or in a customer-facing role preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and composed.
- Knowledge of food and beverage menu items is a plus.
- Must have a flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
- Serve Safe Certification or equivalent is a plus.
