WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The Safety Support Manager assists the VP of Safety Operations and Safety team to ensure all projects are organized and completed with attention to detail. Job duties include:

  • Ensure implementation and completion of all safety supports tasks that support the safety program throughout the enterprise.
  • Lead emergency preparedness and response planning across the company.
  • Manage, develop, and lead safety reporting, improvement projects, KPIs, and documentation for the Safety Program and the PSSI Enterprise.
  • Develop and implement corporate safety policies and standards.
  • Coordinate safety training and education programs through learning management systems and marketing and lead safety data analysis and reporting for the Enterprise.
  • Maintain records of safety training, inspections, and incidents.
  • Maintain and roll out Safety program policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.


YOUR MUST HAVES:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or relevant years of experience.
  • 2 or more years of leadership experience in safety management with strong OSHA regulations and safety practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

WHAT WE PREFER YOU HAVE:

  • Knowledge of ISNetworld, SharePoint, and/or Salesforce. Certified Safety professional (CSP) or similar certification.

OUR ENVIRONMENT:

This position is a hybrid position based, in part, in the Corporate Headquarters consisting of a traditional office setting and a combination of your professional home office. This position requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time while working on a computer.
