ANZ Partner Sales Manager

Why We Have This Role

The Partner Sales Manager (PSM) role is key to accelerating Qualtrics' growth through strategic partnerships. This person will drive partner-driven revenue by collaborating closely with partner organisations and internal sales teams. Supporting Qualtrics' go-to-market efforts, the PSM will help partners deliver solutions tailored to customer needs across markets. Success in this role fuels scalable sales impact and strengthens our partner ecosystem.

How You'll Find Success

  • Takes initiative to understand partner capabilities and customer goals, driving aligned strategies.
  • Builds trusted relationships with partner stakeholders by listening and positioning Qualtrics as a valuable ally.
  • Skilled at managing complex partner ecosystems and coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Uses data-driven insights to refine partner approaches, pipeline generation, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborates effectively with regional Centres of Excellence to enable best-in-class partner sales execution.
  • Coaches and empowers partner sellers to accelerate deal cycles and increase deal sizes.
  • Communicates confidently with C-level executives and diverse internal and external stakeholders.

Things You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end “sell with partner” activities to drive partner-influenced revenue and manage sales pipeline rigorously.
  • Collaborate with partners to adapt Qualtrics offerings to market needs and grow partner-driven business.
  • Develop partner capabilities to execute go-to-market plans effectively and leverage Qualtrics' marketing and sales resources.
  • Work alongside internal sales (Account Executives) to co-sell, reduce sales cycles, and increase deal sizes through partner engagement.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by crafting partner sales strategies that align to customer needs and future growth opportunities.
  • Engage with Centres of Excellence and enablement teams to provide partners with training and collateral.
  • Monitor and act on market trends, competitor activity, and partner performance to optimize outcomes.

What We're Looking For On Your Resume

  • 7-10 years of top-performing SaaS sales experience, ideally in enterprise and/or partner sales.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue through partner ecosystems and strategic alliances.
  • Experience with consultative, solution-selling approaches in complex environments.
  • Comfortable presenting and influencing at C-level.
  • Strong project and program management skills coordinating multiple partner sellers and accounts.
  • Skilled coach and enabler of partner sales teams.
  • Passion for winning and creative problem solving.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree encouraged.
  • Willingness to travel approx. 50% as needed.
