Finance Systems Administrator III

Why We Have This Role

The Finance Systems Administrator III plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity, security, and efficiency of Qualtrics' financial systems. It has a primary focus on the administration of Coupa and Concur. This position is essential for aligning our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), expense tracking, and procure-to-pay systems with strategic organizational objectives. Under IT Systems, you will collaborate closely with the global teams to drive impactful enhancements that support overall financial strategy.

Things You'll Do

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in Coupa and Concur, providing advanced technical expertise and administering & governing finance systems.
  • Lead end-user support initiatives, troubleshooting, configuration, and user provisioning efforts.
  • Automate finance-related workflows, optimizing productivity and compliance through innovative processes.
  • Document and maintain comprehensive procedures, policies, and systems.
  • Maintain a global perspective, fostering connections across different departments to achieve business results and enhance overall system effectiveness.

What We're Looking For On Your Resume

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
    Professional fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
    3+ years of relevant experience in finance systems administration, with significant expertise in Coupa and/or Concur platforms. Experience with NetSuite and/or Stripe preferred.
    A commitment to learning and adapting in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.
    Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to make sound decisions in uncertain circumstances.
