Customer Service Representative - Home Office Based with English & German

Due to our business and operational expansion, we are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representative with

English and German to join our team.


Responsibilities:

  • Providing daily contact with end users of products and services;
  • Providing feedback to end users after request or after processing a specific case;
  • Maintaining up-to-date information in the database about performed activities and operations;
  • Operating with specialized software to provide queries and support for work systems.


Requirements:

  • Very good command of English and German with minimumC-1 level
  • To be 18 years of age or older.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethics and ability to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to learn and develop.
  • Previous experience in Customer Service is considered a strong advantage but not a requirement.
