We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Level 2 to join our team. This role is suitable for an experienced HR professional who will work closely under the guidance of an HR Director to support day-to-day HR operations, people management, and strategic initiatives. The HRBP will act as a trusted advisor to employees and a key link between the HR department and business units.

In this role you will:
  1. Employee Engagement:
    • Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.
    • Conduct surveys, focus groups, and feedback sessions to understand employee needs and concerns.
    • Organize and execute engagement activities, team-building events, and wellness programs.
  2. Support HR Operations:
    • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
    • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
    • Provide support to employees regarding HR-related queries, benefits, and workplace issues.
  3. HR Compliance and Reporting:
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
    • Assist in preparing HR reports, metrics, and dashboards for the HR Manager and leadership team.
  4. Performance Management:
    • Support performance appraisal cycles, goal-setting, and employee development plans.
    • Work with managers to identify training and development opportunities for employees.
  5. Shift Coverage:
    • Be available to work flexible shifts, including night shifts, as per business requirements.
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth HR support during all operational hours.
  6. Conflict Resolution and Employee Relations:
    • Provide guidance to employees on workplace concerns and mediate disputes when required.
    • Support investigations and resolutions for employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
  7. Policy Implementation and Communication:
    • Assist in communicating and implementing HR policies and programs effectively.
    • Act as a key point of contact for employees to ensure clarity and adherence to policies.
We are looking for someone who has:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in an HR generalist or HRBP role. Experience in employee engagement and night shift coverage is an advantage.
  • Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
    • Proficiency in HR software and tools.
    • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
    • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Proficient in MS office.
