Summary:
The Branch Coordinator is responsible for supporting the branch in all back-office functions to include stock and direct PVR's, processing vendor returns, customer credits, as well as other operational functions. May fill in for other branch and warehouse roles.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide support to the Branch Manager by performing daily tasks related to back-office operations
  • Ensure a positive customer experience that meets or exceeds expectations and is consistent with the company's quality standards
  • Process customer payments and resolve discrepancies, invoices, credit rebills, and Getpaid disputes
  • May be involved in direct or project billing POV. May be responsible for large customer portal billing and customer returns/credits and adjustments
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures including but not limited to compliance in facilities maintenance, safety and ensures maintenance of branch fleet
  • Assist with branch expenses. Responsible for ordering and monitoring office and janitorial supplies and other items needed for special customer events
  • Ensure that expenses are coded properly and submitted for payment in a timely manner
  • Assist with preparing for annual physical inventory, bin location maintenance and cycle counts, as needed
  • Prepare and deliver bank deposits to the proper institutions and is responsible for the branch cash box
  • May be responsible for manufacturer order entry and returns to vendors/manufacturers and resolves discrepancies for supplier invoices
  • Work on special projects, analysis, or reports as requested by the Branch Manager
  • Assist with other warehouse or branch duties as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • High School or GED - Required
  • Strong communicate skills; ability to communicate on all levels within internal and external groups
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good team player
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to perform various tasks on computers, including the use of Excel, Outlook, and Word is required
  • Great attitude
