Summary

The Warehouse Associate Clerk will receive and monitor incoming product for warehouse locations. This position will receive cash, checks or credit card payments from licensed retail customer and employees in payment for goods sold at Express Stores. This position will also maximize the sale of supplier brands to licensed retail customers through effective account management and communication resulting in the achievement of company and supplier programs and objectives. 

In this role, you will
  • Receive and monitor incoming products.  
  • Put stock away and restock shelves as needed.  
  • Build and merchandise displays for sale within the Express Store.  
  • Conduct regular Inventory cycle counts on products and present results to management of present and new distribution received. 
  • Prepare reports involving sales and inventory by type, size and quantity.  
  • Assist customers with their product orders and upsell against store, supplier and company initiatives.  
  • Create customer orders within the Oracle system.  
  • Work closely with customer service and credit department to maintain compliance with credit terms.  
  • Quote prices and describe items.  
  • Other duties may be assigned by management. 
What you bring to RNDC
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent;   
  • Knowledge of proper phone etiquette to clearly and concisely communicate with internal and external stakeholders.  
  • Ability to take appropriate details in a message to convey to appropriate recipient   
  • A working knowledge and ability to utilize a personal computer and Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, And Powerpoint);   
  • Ability To Work Independently and follow directions;   
  • Proficiency in navigating the Internet and image document retrieval.

Compensation

This compensation information is a good faith estimate and provided in accordance with Washington's state law. Similar positions located outside of this jurisdiction may not necessarily receive the same compensation. The salary generally starts at ​[HR: replace with the salary/hourly min from CBA], and is a combination of base salary plus monthly earned commissions if applicable. The salary is an estimate based on an applicant's skills and experience.
