Title: Network Business Development Administrator

Regular Company: Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center Department: Strategy, Business Development & Outreach Time Type: Full time Weekly Hours: 40 FTE: 1 Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Summary: As the Roswell Park Care Network brings on new affiliates and new network initiatives this hire is critical to continue to provide both administrative and operational efficiencies in the implementation of business development initiatives. This position will support the successful integration and management of new initiatives (eg. clinical research) and is important for sustaining long-term business growth. Qualifications: Required Education and Experience1. Master's degree in business administration, healthcare administration or a related field and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time healthcare experience or business experience, including one (1) year in a lead, supervisory, administrative, consultative, managerial or executive capacity.
2. Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration or a related field and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time healthcare experience or business experience, including two (2) years in a lead, supervisory, administrative, consultative, managerial or executive capacity.
NOTE:
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
1. Experience with decentralized clinical trials and its market implications
2. Consulting experience working on various strategy driven projects with key deliverables
3. Experience with working and developing client relationships (outside of current employer)
4. Experience in conceptualizing, structuring, and conducting original research for a thesis-level project
