Job Description :

Summary

The Change Management Business Partner leads end-to-end change management strategy for complex, crossfunctional initiatives that advance Ryder's transformation goals. The Change Management Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor to program leaders, designing integrated change strategies, coaching stakeholders, and ensuring alignment to enterprise change standards while adapting approaches to business context.

Essential Functions

  • Own and lead end-to-end change management strategy for major programs
  • Advise program and business leaders on change risks, readiness, and adoption strategies
  • Design integrated communication, engagement, training, and reinforcement approaches
  • Coach project teams and leaders in applying Ryder's change methodology
  • Assess organizational change saturation and recommend sequencing or mitigation actions
  • Monitor adoption metrics and adjust strategies to drive sustained outcomes
  • Contribute thought leadership to the evolution of Ryder's change practices

Additional Responsibilities

  • “Produces” Microsoft Teams webinars and live virtual events on the back end.
  • Supports OCIO with communications.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, business, HR, organizational development, or related field, Required
  • 7 years or more in change management, internal communications, employee engagement, or related roles, Required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and PowerPoint Expert, Required
  • Knowledge of Snag It, Canva, and Kahoot! Intermediate, Preferred
  • Workday & ServiceNow familiarity a plus Intermediate, Preferred

Compensation Information :

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:

Pay Type :

Salaried

Minimum Pay Range:

$90,000.00

Maximum Pay Range:

$100,000.00
