This position is responsible for processing new unit/renewal registrations for Ontario base plates including gathering documents, communicating with operations, and preparing submission of paperwork to MTO and processing

annual renewals on existing fleet across multiple branches in the Canada. Submission of request for payment, invoicing customers for fleet registrations and renewals, reconciling balance sheet accounts are also included in day-to-day activities performed.

Under the responsibility of the Senior Finance Manager the Vehicle Licensing Administrator assists with licensing for the Ontario Business unit.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative duties such as filing, scanning, shredding
  • Bank and MTO runs
  • Gathering documents for plating units
  • Documentation of activity and correspondence with Operations, Rental, Sales and Finance Team to perform duties

Compensation ranges for the position are below:
