The AF OTTI Flight Plan establishes lines-of-effort required to create relevant and realistic training infrastructure. Each line-of-effort contains a broad outline of objectives and required tasks, but each will require refinement during execution. Lines-of-effort may require the development of new AFIs, strategy documents, and/or reports. Plan implementation relies on the execution of each line-of-effort and the application of a disciplined funding strategy to coordinate and prioritize capability (C.2.2.1).
The goal of this effort is to facilitate the HAF-level execution of the lines-of- effort identified in the AF OTTI Flight Plan. The position will have the following priorities (C.2.2.1):
◼ Assist the government with data collection to establish OTTI baselines.
◼ Assist the government with developing plans to accomplish the lines-of-effort. Each plan must have objectives, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
◼ Assist the government in developing products required to accomplish the lines-of-effort to include policy documents, white papers, and reports.
◼ Assist the government with point defense and C-UAS LOEs
Qualifications
TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and fourteen (14) years or more experience; Masters and twelve (12) years or more experience; PhD or JD and nine (9) years or more experience; or relevant years of experience in lieu of degree.
